POLICIES

A color consultation is required for all first time color clients. Complimentary color consultations are booked for 15 minutes and can be scheduled over the phone, in person or online.

A $50-$100 deposit is required at the time of booking color appointments. Deposits are credited toward the overall cost of your service upon checkout. If you choose to schedule a follow-up appointment, the deposit may be left on your account to hold future appointments.

In the event of a no show or a last minute cancellation (under 24 hours for haircuts, under 48 hours for color), your deposit will be forfeited. You will be required to pay another deposit in order to reschedule.  

 

If you arrive for your dry haircut appointment with hair that is too dirty to cut, or has too much product in it, your stylist may need to wash your hair for an additional charge. If you wish to include a wash and blow dry with your service, please specify at the time of booking as there may not be enough time to add it on last minute.

We have a 5 minute grace period for clients who are running late to their haircut appointments. Unfortunately, if you are too late for your appointment, your stylist may ask you to reschedule. If you booked online, this means you will lose your deposit.

A deposit may be required for any client that repeatedly no shows or arrives too late for their appointments. If a client violates any of our policies we reserve the right to no longer book that client for future appointments.
